- The applicant should be an owner/proprietor/partner of the partnership firm of the bus.
- The bus shall be covered by a valid stage carriage permit to operate on the intra-state route.
- Bus should have a valid Fitness Certificate.
- Bus should have a valid Road tax Certificate.
- Bus should have a valid Passenger tax Certificate.
- Bus should have a valid Insurance Certificate.
- No prosecutions remarks should be booked against the bus.

- Proof of Road Tax paid
