Rajasthan Pensioner Nomination Form
Pension arrangements provide benefits to you when you retire. But for pension arrangements set up under a trust, you may be asked to nominate beneficiaries to receive the benefit. To do this you can use a document called an “Expression of Wishes”, “Wishes Letter” or “Nomination Form”.
In this form, you have to mention the details of Name and address of the nominee, Relationship with the pensioner, Date of birth if the other nominee is minor, Name and address of the person who may receive the commuted value of pension during the other nominee’s minority and any other details.
