Property Return Form 2025 - Summary
Property Return Form PDF is essential for all public service servants, containing important details of their assets and liabilities. This includes information about properties owned in their name or the name of others, as well as details regarding the assets and liabilities of their spouse and dependent children as required by Section 44 (2) of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013.
Every government employee must submit an annual property return to declare their assets and liabilities. Public sector employees, excluding peons, are required to fill out this return under the Lokpal Act. According to Sub Rule 4 (e) of Rule – 16, every employee must submit a return of immovable property inherited, owned, or acquired once a year. Therefore, it is mandatory to file this return by 1st January every year, along with the details of movable properties.
Property Return Form 2023 – How to Apply
- Visit the official website https://intrahry.gov.in/
- If this is your first time filling out the annual property return, you will need to register on the website.
- Once registered, go to the website’s home page and click on the login option.
- After successful login, navigate to the main menu and click on the property return option.
- Clicking on the property return option will take you to the property declaration form. Select the financial year and enter the details of your immovable properties.
- Note: If you joined the public sector during the current financial year, you do not need to file previous property returns.
