चरण 1: – अगर आप भी प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के लिए योग्य (Eligible) है और योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना चाहते है तो विभाग की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट pmkisan.gov.in पर जाकर जानकारी हासिल कर सकते है।

चरण 2: – आधिकारिक वेबसाईट पर जाने के बाद आपको Farmer Corner के section में “New Farmer Registration Form” का लिंक नजर आएगा जैसे नीचे के चित्र में नजर आ रहा है।

चरण 3: – इस लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद “PM Kisan New Farmer Registration Form” का एक नया पेज खुल जाएगा, जिसमें आपको अपना आधार नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करके अपने राज्य का चयन करना होगा और Captcha Code भी भरना होगा। जैसे नीचे के चित्र में नजर आ रहा हैं।

चरण 4: – आप योजना के लिए ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए आप राज्य सरकार की कृषि विभाग की वेबसाइट पर या अपने नजदीकी ई-मित्र सेवा केंद्र पर जाकर ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करा सकते हैं।

Documents Required For PM Kisan Application Form

Updated Jamabandi (as of January 2021).
Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar enrolment number.
Other valid ID cards like Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, and NREGA Job Card (if Aadhaar is not available).
Bank details (Account No, Branch & IFSC Code, etc.).

PM Kisan Application Form – Eligibility Criteria

A new scheme for small and marginal farmer families owning up to 2 Hectares of cultivable land. All land from different revenue villages must total less than 2 Hectares.
Beneficiaries will receive Rs. 6,000/- per year in 3 installments (Rs. 2,000/- each installment).
The cut-off date is 1st February 2019. Any land transfer or name change after this date will not be considered (except for name changes due to inheritance).
“Family” includes husband, wife, and minor children. Separate claims by husband, wife, or children are not allowed. In joint ownership cases, families are eligible if their shares are less than 2 Hectares.
Tenants or encroachers listed in Dag Chitha are not eligible.
Exclusion Criteria apply to family members involved in certain roles:
Former and current holders of constitutional posts.
Former & current Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Municipal council Chairpersons, and Adhyaksha.
Government employees (except Grade-IV employees).
Pensioners with a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 or more.
All persons who paid Income Tax in the last assessment year.
Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Architects, etc., who practice their professions.
