Bihar PM Awas Yojana New (Beneficiary) List 2026 is now available on the official website pmayg.dord.gov.in. Anyone can now check their name in the PMAYG beneficiary list and in the permanent waiting list, using the simple step by step process given below in this article.

As on date more than 4.18 crore houses have been allotted to states and union territories so far. Out of these, about 3.91 crore houses have been sanctioned and around 3.17 crore are already complete as on 30 September 2026.

How to Download Latest Bihar PMAY Gramin List 2026 from the Official Portal

STEP 1: Go to the official PMAY-G website at pmayg.dord.gov.in

STEP 2: Click on “Report” under section “Awaassoft” on the homepage as shown in below image.

STEP 3: On the next page you have to click at option second “Houses Progress against the target financial year” option under ‘A. Physical Progress Reports‘ section.

STEP 3: In the Selection Filters, first select “PMAYG Cumulative Progress Till Date” and then choose the Bihar State, District, Block, and Panchayat from the available options. The scheme option will automatically show “Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin.”

STEP 4: Next candidates can click at the “Submit” button to open the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin list of beneficiaries.

STEP 5: Here candidates can check village name, registration number, beneficiary name, name of father or mother, house allotted to, sanction number, sanctioned amount, installment paid, amount released and house status in the PMAY G list of beneficiaries.
