I can visit New Delhi and talk to certain people about what India needs to do. Two things are very important for our country so that country will prosper, and the poor and hopeless people will have hope to live better.:
1) Improve Judiciary system — justice delayed is justice denied that means the government is not interested in the public. 70 plus years of freedom has no meaning, there is no real national spirit. So, be serious and increase Judges by 100% and no matter can exceed 2-3 years' time and must be concluded within that time frame. Make sure that FALSE and frivolous maters are rejected at source and fined heavily. DO YOU HAVE WILL TO DO THIS?
2) Law enforcement — Only College graduates can be in Police, no ordinary sepoy uneducated who earns more bribe than salary. Federal Criminal department must have highly educated (IAS, ICS no more) officers with necessary weapons. Whereas law enforcement officials have a vital role in the protection of the right to life, liberty and security of the person, as guaranteed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and reaffirmed in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Police officers must be provided with TASER which is less destructive than fire gun. Foreigners of Indian origin (NRIs) ate looted by their own relatives, file false criminal cases to lock them up. 5000-year culture is doomed. Check if this is true. So, improve your image in the world. See below request.

A bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh asked the central government to decide the representation sent on December 8, 2020, by the petitioner – an NRI – "in accordance with law, rules, regulations and policy applicable to the facts of the case, as expeditiously as possible and practicable".

So, stop torture of NRI (Nonresident Indian), pass this law and give FAST TRACK decision. There are 4.2 million Indian in US, most of them have lost properties, many gave up the of hope. This is not INDIA of Samrath ASHOK. Thank you so much, BE SAFE!!!
