LIC HFL Apprentice Recruitment Notification 2026 - Summary
LIC Housing Finance Limited has released the notification for 232 Apprentice posts under Advt No. LICHFL Apprenticeship Program-010. Applications are open from 20 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, and the notice covers eligibility, fees, exam pattern and the selection process.
Vacancy and pay
There are 232 contract apprenticeship posts across Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. The stipend is Rs. 14,150 to Rs. 16,650 per month and the apprenticeship runs for 12 months. The notice states clearly that an apprenticeship is not employment and apprentices are not employees of LIC HFL.
Eligibility
Graduation in any stream, completed as on 01-Oct-2026 but not before 1-Oct-2001. Age is 20 to 25 years as on 01-Oct-2026. Anyone with a running, terminated or completed apprenticeship contract with another organisation cannot apply.
Application fee
- SC and ST candidates: Rs.200 plus GST.
- PwBD candidates: Rs.200 plus GST.
- General, EWS and OBC male candidates: Rs.800 plus GST.
- General, EWS and OBC female and transgender candidates: Rs.600 plus GST.
Payment is online and the last date to pay is 1 November 2026.

Exam pattern
The selection is through an online written exam followed by document verification and a personal interview. The exam is remote proctored, taken from home on a smartphone with a front camera, and has 100 questions for 100 marks in 60 minutes. The four sections are General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude, with 25 questions in each. The medium is English or Hindi.
