Ganpati Atharvasheersha
Ganapati Atharvashirsa is one of the principal scriptures dedicated to the God along with Ganesha Purana and the Mudgala Purana. Ganapati Atharvashirsa is a minor Upanishad, which asserts that Ganesha is same as the ultimate reality, Brahman. Lord Ganesha devotees chant Ganapati Atharvashirsha Mantra throughout the year, including on Ganesh Chaturthi festival to seek blessings of the divine God.
The Ganapati Atharvashirsa is a Sanskrit text and a minor Upanishad of Hinduism. It is a late Upanishadic text dedicated to Ganesha, the deity representing intellect and learning. Ganesh Chaturthi also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi and Ganeshotsav is about invoking the Supreme God in our homes as well as grand pandals.
