Double Bedroom 4th Phase List Telangana 2BHK Scheme

• The government of Telangana has started a 2BHK housing scheme for the allotment of double bedrooms in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is to be completed in 6 phases.
• On 27 September 2023, Hyderabad Collectorate released 2BHK scheme’s 3rd phase list of 36,884 beneficiaries.
• The Minister of Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav has announced that allotment for 2BHK houses has been completed after allocation of 36,884 houses in one go.
• For now the allotment of 36,884 houses in 3rd phase is final phase of this scheme as all constructed houses has been allotted to eligible beneficiaries within GHMC limits.
• The 10% houses constructed outside GHMC limits and additional house units will be allocated to local poor peoples without online draw. The remaining 30,000 double-bedroom houses out of total 1 lakh 2BHK housing units are under construction at various stages. The scheduled for allocation of remaining houses will be published soon after completion of these houses.

Telangana Double Bedroom Eligibility

1. The annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 5 Lakh
2. The family should not own any other house or land in the state of Telangana.
3. The beneficiary family needs to have a current Food Security Card with their names and the name of their spouse (in the case of a widow, widower, or physically challenged person) along with a number to qualify as a BPL household.
4. Families living in huts, Katcha houses, or rented homes as well as those without a home.
5. The family’s housewife will receive approval for the residence.
6. They will use the following SC/ST/Minorities caste makeup to pick beneficiaries in each.
7. Assembly Constituency and the district as a whole will maintain this makeup.
