CoWin Registration Guidelines & Vaccination Appointment Manual
Ministry of Health and Welfare has released the PDF of user manual for Citizen Registration and Appointment for Vaccination using the Co-WIN app.
Currently the CoWin application is open for Citizens above 60 yrs of age and for People above 45 yrs of age with comorbidities.
Below is the work flow of Cowin Registration for Vaccination
1. Registration
2. Login
3. Schedule Vaccine Appointment
4. Confirmation of appointment
5. Vaccination Completed
How to Register on CoWin App
STEP 1: Citizens can register by logging in www.cowin.gov.in
STEP 2: Enter valid mobile number.
STEP 3: Clicks on “Get OTP” button. OTP is sent at the phone number via SMS.
STEP 4: Enter the OTP and click “Verify” button.
STEP 5: Once the OTP is validated, the “Registration of Vaccination” page appears
STEP 6: Enter details required in the “Registration of Vaccination” page
STEP 7: Select appropriate ID Card from the Dropdown list
STEP 8: Once the details are entered for registration, Click “Register” Button at the bottom right.
STEP 9: Receives Confirmation message on successful registration
Once the registration is complete citizens can book appointment for vaccination and add of delete more individuals for vaccination.
