Tamil Nadu NEET PG Rank List 2026 - Summary
Tamil Nadu NEET PG rank list 2026 is the state merit list released by Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu for admission to MD, MS, and PG diploma courses. It lists eligible candidates based on their National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG) scores for 50% state quota seats in government medical colleges and seats in private medical colleges across Tamil Nadu.
DMER Tamil Nadu releases separate rank lists for Government Quota (GQ) and Management Quota (MQ). Candidates included in this merit list can take part in the online counselling rounds conducted on tnmedicalselection.net.

Incentive marks and counselling process
Tamil Nadu awards incentive marks to eligible in-service medical officers who have served in remote, difficult, or rural government health centres, added to their NEET PG marks as per state service rules. Candidates who took part in earlier admission sessions can also check the TN NEET rank list 2025 to view past cutoff trends. After publication of the rank list, qualified candidates must complete online choice filling and locking on tnmedicalselection.net for seat allotment.
How to Check Tamil Nadu NEET PG Rank List
STEP 1 – Visit official counselling website at tnmedicalselection.net.
STEP 2 – Click on the Post Graduate Courses section on the main page.
STEP 3 – Select the provisional rank list link for Government Quota or Management Quota 2026.
STEP 4 – Open the PDF file and search your roll number or name.
STEP 5 – Check your state rank, total marks, and category rank for counselling registration.
