College Admission Form - Summary
A College Admission Form is an essential document used by colleges and universities to gather information from students who want to enroll in specialized courses. This application is necessary for students who have completed the 12th class and are looking to secure admission to various colleges.
Anyone who has passed Class 12 is eligible to apply. In addition to a common entrance test, universities may also set a minimum score based on Class 12 results for admissions. The entrance test will be multiple-choice and computer-based, similar to the SAT exams in America. The National Testing Agency will establish test centres across India to facilitate this process.
Documents Required for College Admission Form
- Original Transfer Certificate with 2 photocopies
- Original 10th Grade marks sheet and two copies attested by the Head of the Institution
- 5 passport size colour photographs
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/BT)
- Eligibility Certificate issued by PU Board for NRI/foreign students
- Aadhar Card Copy
- Documents required for exemption of II Language from the previous school.
