Assam Labour Construction Worker Pension Form is also in the English language. A registered beneficiary working as a building worker for not less than one year after the commencement of these Rules shall on completion of sixty years of age be eligible for the pension. The Pension will become payable from the first day of the succeeding to the month in which he completed 60 years of age. Rs. 2,000/- plus Rs. 100/- shall be given for every completed year of service from the year of his/ her registration.
