Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree from a recognized university in India. The general age limit is 18 to 42 years as of 1 July 2026, with an upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates, and 10 years for PwD candidates.

Selection process

The recruitment process has three stages: a preliminary objective screening test, a main written examination, and a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) followed by certificate verification.

STEP 2 – Log in using your OTPR user ID and password on the APPSC portal.

STEP 4 – Upload your recent photograph and signature in the specified file dimensions.

STEP 5 – Pay the online processing and examination fee through net banking, debit card, or UPI, then download the submitted application form.
