Important Instructions for Pakistan Nationals
1. Pakistan nationals must register at the FRO within 24 hours after arriving in India. If this is not done, there will be a late registration fee of 30 US dollars.
2. They should submit all necessary documents for registration along with the registration form found at www.punepolice.gov.in.
3. A ‘C’ form must be submitted by the house owner for the registration of Pakistan nationals.
4. For the first visa extension, Pakistan nationals should approach the Government of Maharashtra, Home Department, Mumbai directly.
5. Those on visitor visas are not allowed to acquire any property or run a business in India.
Important Instructions for Bangladesh Nationals
1. Bangladesh nationals are required to register at the FRO within 7 days of their arrival in India. Failing to do so will entail a late registration fee of 30 US dollars.
2. They must provide all relevant documents required for registration, along with the registration form available at www.punepolice.gov.in.
3. A ‘C’ form must be submitted by the house owner for the registration of Bangladesh nationals.
