Krishak Bandhu Annexure-I Form - Summary
West Bengal Government has introduced Annexure-I for the verification and re-validation of existing Krishak Bandhu (Natun) beneficiaries every farmers who have not submitted it yet have 10 more days from the late-September 2026 notification.
Annexure-I is a field verification form used to verify the details of existing Krishak Bandhu beneficiaries. Farmers may be required to provide and verify their personal, identity, bank and land-related information.

How to Fill Krishak Bandhu Annexure -1 Verification Form

Documents Required for Verification
Farmers may be asked to provide copies of documents such as:
- Aadhaar Card
- EPIC/Voter ID
- Bank Passbook or bank account details
- Land Record/ROR
- Spouse’s documents, where applicable
- Other documents specified by the Agriculture Department/local verification authority
