HOF Form (Head of Family Form) is used for updating or correcting Aadhaar details for family members through the Head of Family. If a person does not have supporting documents for address proof, they can use this form to update their Aadhaar address using the Aadhaar number of the Head of Family who has valid address proof. This makes it easier for people living in the same family or household to update their Aadhaar without needing separate documents.
Head of Family must give consent by signing the HOF Form and must already have an Aadhaar number with a correct address. Family members can then visit an Aadhaar Seva Kendra or update their details online by submitting this form along with proof of relationship, such as a ration card or family ID.
