- The applicant should be an educated unemployed youth and must not hold any job in Government or Semi-Government authorities.
- The applicant must not have received such financial assistance in the last three years.
- The proposed business of the applicant must be income-generating.
- Only one applicant from each family will be selected for this financial assistance.
- The candidate should have completed three months of compulsory Skill Development Training at any Government-recognized Training Institute before applying for benefits.
