Justice S.P Talukdar Committee Alchemist List
The ‘One Man Committee headed by Hon’ble Justice Sailendra Prasad Talukdar started functioning on 01.02.2016. Initially, the matters relating to MPS Group of Companies were referred to this committee.
Inventories were made relating to available immovable properties of MPS Group of Companies situated at different places of West Midnapore, Burdwan, and Kolkata. With the assistance of SEBI, the committee conducted public auctions of some properties of MPS Group of Companies.

It is ‘One man Committee’ to deal with the matters so far as the following reference:-
- “To identify, make an inventory and secure all the records of the appellant group of companies and its directors in respect of movable, immovable properties including those seized by the police including like the original sale deeds and other documents like fixed deposit receipts, etc. belonging to the above MPS Group of Companies with the assistance of machinery of the state and the Central namely State Police, CBI and SEBI, etc.
- To ascertain the name and other particulars of depositors (other than agents) and to verify their applications to ascertain the exact amount of deposit invested by them.
- To dispose of all the assets movable and immovable belonging to the MPS Group of Companies and its directors by public auction.
- If money are payable to the MPS Group of Companies, recover the same and to credit to the corpus fund to be created for the purpose of the scheme by attaching movable, immovable properties, Bank accounts etc.
- After completing the process of sale and identifying the names of the investors and the amounts due to them the committee will formulate a scheme which has to be placed before the Court for approval.
- Upon such approval, the Committee shall disburse the amounts to the depositors (Other than agents) after due identification in terms of the sanctioned scheme.”
The Committee is permitted to open a Bank account in any nationalized bank for the purpose of depositing the corpus fund to be operated by the persons authorized by the Committee.

I had invested ALCHEMIEST TUBRO A PREFERIANCIAL share with a fixed deposit monthly income schiem, then broker giving me a forms and told compan name change and the new name was alchemiest infra limited again after 6 month and told company allot you a share of lands and either maturity give you value of the lands or portion of land for housing. since the property was very near to my town that is at Bata Nagar so do the necessary forms sigine but till date i did not gate my maturity amout not my certificated only few receipts ,
Now how I apply my claim to Justice SP talukder comittee.
my Wife also apply online with submitting all documents certificated, receipts scanned copy bank chq.votar cards, with addredd proof, bank documents and that is varyfy and a sps confirmed .
sir, allmost 8 month passed i did not see the name on the list.
I had submitted all documents for Alchemist Infra online on 16/06/2021 and 22/06/2021 but till I have no information. Hon'ble Sir, please response me.

How can I change the submitted data
committee is not doing any refund they chitting common man and enjoy life by the crock property hotels and luxery life.all are in the same boat.
All the documents and data has been successfully submitted in Sp Talukdar committee for our refund of money but yet to response. How much time to get feedback against our policy?. Pl response immediately from your end.

I would like to inform Justice S. P. Talukdar Committee that my father Sri Kartick Chandra Manna aged about 92 years holding a Monthly Income Scheme Certificate (MIS) of Rs.230000.00 of Alchemist Group of Company which was expired on 29.04.2016 till then no payment received from Alchemist. Our Original Application number was ALC/WB/HG/0005543 and Our revised Application No. ALC/WB/HG/0006281 ( as per instruction massage received from SP Talukdar Committee ) This Monthly Income Scheme (MIS) was one and only income of my father. Therefore I request to Justice SP Talukdar Committee to look into the matter as my fathers age is 92 years.
