TN E-Pass Application Form PDF download link and step by step procedure
The Tamil Nadu government on 14th May 2021 issued a fresh set of guidelines and made e-pass mandatory for every kind of travel within the state. E-registration is made mandatory for intra-district and inter-district travel along with intra-state and inter-state travel. E-registration will also be made compulsory for those coming from foreign countries.
TN E- Pass Application Form – Online Procedure
Step1: Applicants who want to apply pass must visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu government i.e. https://eregister.tnega.org/, or it can be directly link – this link
Step 2: After visiting the official link you have to enter your mobile number and enter the text shown inbox and then click on the “Send OTP” button as image shown below.
Step 3: After login, a new page is open in you have to select the mode of travel via Road/Flight/Train and for Commercial establishment as image is shown below
Step 4: Now you have to enter the basic details of the Individual in which you have to enter the following details as image shown below
Applicants Name, ID Proof Number, Reason for Travel, Travel Date, Travel Range, Travel Reason Document, Vehicle Number, No. of Passengers including Applicant
Step 5: After completing the Basic details click on the “Next” button as shown and fill in the Travel details in this section.
Step 6: After completing the travel details attached the necessary documents with this form and then click to proceeds and download or save the TN E-Pass Form.
