Leadership Development

The approved implementing agencies and eligible institutions will collaborate to foster cultural leadership among adolescents over time. Initially, efforts will focus on raising cultural awareness, which will gradually expand and deepen, laying the groundwork for developing leadership skills in the youth as cultural awareness advocates.
