Eligibility Criteria for PMAY Application Form

Who Can Apply?

The beneficiaries must be between 21 and 60 years old. If the Family Head or Beneficiary is over 50 years, a major legal heir must co-sign the loan.
For EWS beneficiaries, the annual household income should be up to Rs. 3.00 Lakhs. LIG beneficiaries should have an annual household income above Rs. 3.00 Lakhs and up to Rs. 6.00 Lakhs.
MIG I beneficiaries have annual household incomes between Rs. 6.00 Lakhs and Rs. 12.00 Lakhs, while MIG II beneficiaries earn between Rs. 12.00 Lakhs and Rs. 18.00 Lakhs.
Salaried or employed participants must submit proof such as Salary Certificate, Salary Slips, Form 16, or ITRs as per our Housing Loan guidelines.
Self-employed or professional beneficiaries can submit a self-declared income certificate or affidavit for annual incomes up to Rs. 2.50 Lakhs. For incomes above this amount, appropriate proof of income is required.
