एनवीएसपी फॉर्म 6 (NVSP Form 6) भारत में वोटर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए एक आवेदन पत्र है। इस फॉर्म को भारत सरकार की राष्ट्रीय मतदाता सेवा पोर्टल (NVSP) पर भरा जा सकता है। एनवीएसपी फॉर्म 6 का उद्देश्य नए वोटरों को पंजीकृत करना है जो अपने मतदाता अधिकार का उपयोग करना चाहते हैं। यह फॉर्म उन व्यक्तियों के लिए है जिन्होंने पहले कभी भी वोट नहीं किया है या जिनके पास वोटर आईडी कार्ड नहीं है।
This is an application for Inclusion of Name in Electoral Roll for First time Voter OR on Shifting from One Constituency to Another Constituency issued by the Election Commission of India & You can go to the VREC of your Assembly Constituency, or to the closest Designated Location or your BLO. You can pick up Form 6 or it can be download from the link given below for free of cost.
