Nabanna Scholarship Form 2024 West Bengal – Eligibility Criteria

There are some specific eligibility guidelines for the West Bengal Nabanna Scholarship. Students, who will fill these criteria, can apply for this scholarship. All the information is given below.

1. Applicant should be a permanent resident of the State of West Bengal.
2. Studying in any institution of the State after passing out Secondary or equivalent/Higher Secondary or equivalent/Under undergraduate examination from any Board/Council/University of the State of West Bengal.
3. Securing 50% and above but less than 60% marks in aggregate in Madhyamik or equivalent examination/Higher Secondary or equivalent examination for financial assistance in Higher Secondary level/Under Graduate level respectively.
4. Securing 50% and above but less than 53% marks in aggregate in Graduation for assistance at the graduate level.
5. Yearly family income does not exceed Rs. 1,20,000/- only.
6. Not enjoying any Government/Non-Government scholarship/stipend for the same course/stage of study.

How to Apply Online for Nabanna Scholarship Form 2024

Step 1: – First, go to the newly launched portal of Nabanna Scholarship, which is www.cmrf.wb.gov.in,

Step 2: – Now, click on the Application for Financial Assistance For Education option.

Step 3: – After clicking on that link a new window will open in which you can log in through a Mobile number with a password.

Step 4: – After logging in you have to enter your basic information such as your name, father’s name, date of birth/age, district, pin code, family income, email, etc., then click submit.

Step 5: –  After that Fill in the education course details such as the current course, name of the board/university, last qualification examination (10/12) details, total marks, etc., and Enter your bank details such as bank name, account number, IFSC code, and then click submit.

Step 6: – Upload the necessary documents such as a photograph, recommendation/income certificate, self-declaration, class 10 admit card, mark sheet, admission receipt copy, etc.

Documents Required for Nabanna Scholarship Form 2024

The following documents will require you to Apply for West Bengal CM Relief Fund Nabanna Scholarship.

1. Prescribed Application Form
2. A prayer addressed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister for financial assistance duly signed by the applicant. Complete address, mobile number, and e-mail ID (if any) should be mentioned in the prayer.
3. Recommendation to the Hon’ble Chief Minister from local MLA / MP.
4. Family Income Certificate issued by competent authority (Minister-in-Charge / Minister of State / DM / SDO / BDO / Joint BDO/Executive Officer in case of Municipality Area/Officer in the rank of Deputy Commissioner and above in case of Municipal Corporation area)
5. Self-declaration by the student under his/her own signature stating the present course of study along with year/semester and receipt of any Govt. / Non-Govt. Scholarship / Stipend. This declaration should be countersigned by the head of the present institution with stamp/seal
6. Admit Card of 10^th standard examination
7. Mark Sheet of qualifying examination (for assistance in H.S. Level the qualifying examination is Madhyamik or equivalent; for assistance in U.G. Level the qualifying examination is H.S. or equivalent and for assistance in P.G. Level the qualifying examination is Graduation)
8. Rank card of the entrance examination for professional courses like Diploma Eng. / B.E. / B.Tech. / MBBS / Law / Nursing / Pharmacy
9. Allotment letter for admission to above said professional courses
10. The first page of the Pass Book of the applicant’s active savings Bank Account where A/c. No., IFSC No. and the Account Holder’s Name is clearly visible
11. Admission receipt for current academic year/semester
