Haryana Electric Vehicles Policy - Summary
Haryana Electric Vehicles Policy aims to promote the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in the state. Under this initiative, the first 2,400 buyers of electric and hybrid cars (across four categories) who purchase and register in Haryana will enjoy a purchase incentive of 15% of the ex-showroom price, specifically for vehicles costing up to Rs 10 lakh. For hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) within the price range of ₹15-40 lakh, the state provides a 15% subsidy on the ex-showroom price, capped at ₹3 lakh. Additionally, for hybrid electric cars priced between ₹40-70 lakh, the incentive is also 15% of the ex-showroom price, with a maximum limit of ₹5 lakh.
