The West Bengal government has decided to launch “Duare Tran” in the YAAS-affected areas of the state where local administration will organize outreach programmes/camps in that Gram Panchayat and Municipal Ward levels affected by YAA5.

All eligible citizens submit applications to get benefit/ relief/ compensation under specified schemes of the relevant nodal departments of the government meant for disaster mitigation.

Duare Tran Application Form will be submitted at Duare Tran camps as well as in the office of the Block Development Officer. However, no bulk applications will be accepted/received in these camps/offices. The Camp Venue in charge will bear the responsibility of collecting these and causing inquiry of the same.

Submit Form:- After carefully fill this form you have to submit this form at District Level, to District Task Force, For the urban areas, the SDOs will form a Sub-Division Level, Task Force, At the block level, Block Level Task Force.

West Bengal Duare Tran

The state of West Bengal has decided to launch “Duare Tran” in the affected areas of the districts of South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas, Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, and Howrah. Tornado-affected areas in the districts of North 24 Parganas, Birbhum, and Hoogly will also be covered.

Under Duare Tran, outreach programmes/camps in the affected areas at the levels of Gram Panchayat and Municipal Ward will be organized to enable eligible citizens to submit applications in plain paper to get benefit/relief/compensation under specified schemes of the Departments of Agriculture, Disaster Management and Civil Defence, Animal Resources Development, Horticulture, Fisheries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles.
