DU Fee Refund Form - Summary
The University of Delhi fee refund form PDF is its common application form for requesting a refund of fees. The two-page form asks for the amount, payment reference, reason, course, admission dates and the candidate’s bank account details.
Documents and submission
DU says the application is considered with the original fee receipt or cancellation receipt. Attach a copy of the first page of the candidate’s bank passbook or a cancelled cheque. For an admission cancellation, include the fee breakdown for the amount paid to the college or department. The form notes that the relevant section, department or college verifies it.
