This application can be used by the citizen of Delhi for the following government schemes:-
- Old Age Pension Scheme
- Handicapped Pension Scheme
- Family Benefits Pension Scheme
The Delhi government’s pension amounts are among the highest in India. In 2017, the amount was revised to Rs 2,000 per month for the eligible between 60 years and 69 years of age and Rs 2,500 to those above 70. An additional Rs 500 is paid per month to beneficiaries from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Disability pension has been raised from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500 while pension for widows and destitute women has been raised from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500 per month.
