CUET Self Declaration Form 2024 – How to Fill

• In the First Line, of the declaration form you have to mention your Name and Resident Address.
• You have to paste the candidate’s photograph, Candidate’s left thumb impression, and Candidate’s signature.

1. I have read Information Bulletin, Instructions and Notices related to this examination available on the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in and nt.ac.in
2. I have read the details “IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS for CANDIDATES as given on Para 1 and “Advisory for CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19” as given Para 3, and I undertake to abide by the same.
