Families must have less than 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land, or a combination of both, totaling no more than 10 acres.
No family member should hold a government job or be a pensioner.
The family should not own any four-wheelers (with exemptions for taxis, autos, and tractors).
No member of the family should be paying income tax.
In urban areas, the family should own no property or property with less than 750 square feet of built-up area.
