AIBE Exam 2025 Syllabus - Summary

AIBE (All India Bar Examination) is a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates who wish to practice law in India. The main purpose of this exam is to test a candidate’s basic understanding of law and legal skills. Only those who pass the AIBE exam are awarded the “Certificate of Practice,” which allows them to practice as advocates in Indian courts.
