All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is an examination conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for candidates who have completed their LL.B. degree and wish to practice law in India. The 18th AIBE registration started on August 16 2023 in online mode and the last date is 30th September 2023.
The AIBE XVIII (18) 2023 will be held on October 29, 2023, in offline mode. Candidates who have enrolled themselves with any of the state bar councils are eligible to fill out the application form for AIBE XVIII (18) 2023-24. Candidates who wish to appear in the All India Bar Examination 2023 should mandatorily complete the All India Bar Examination registration. | Number of attempts | BCI does not prescribe any limitation on the number of attempts. However, candidates must pass the AIBE exam within two years from the date of registration at the state bar council. |
