Bardhoka Bhata Form - Summary
Bardhakya Bhata is an old-age pension scheme provided by the Government of Odisha under the Madhu Babu Pension Yojana (MBPY). The scheme offers monthly financial assistance to senior citizens who have little or no regular source of income. Its main objective is to help elderly people meet their basic needs and live with dignity and financial security. The pension amount is directly transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account every month.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Bardhakya Bhata (Old Age Pension), the applicant should:
- Be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Be 60 years of age or above.
- Belong to a financially weaker family as per the scheme guidelines.
- Not be receiving any other government pension scheme.
