How to Fill the HDFC NEFT Form

- Transfer Details – Enter the amount you want to transfer in figures and words.
- Payment Mode – Select whether the amount is to be debited from your account or deposited in cash (as per bank rules).
- Signature – Sign the form at the given space to authorize the transfer.
- Bank Use Section – Leave this part blank; it will be filled by bank staff after processing.
