Junior Engineer(Technical) Diploma in Civil Engineering from Technical Council of Uttarakhand/Uttar Pradesh or  any recognized university.
  1. Two years of service in the Territorial Army.

Irrigation Department Junior Engineer(Mechanical) Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering awarded by any University or Institute established by law in India

Agricultural Department Junior Engineer (Subordinate Agricultural Service Class 1 Engineering Branch) Three years diploma from any recognised University in Electrical/Mechanical/Agriculture/Civil Engineering.
  1. Served in the Territorial Service for a minimum period of 2 years.
  2. Should have obtained B certificate of National Cadet Corps.
