CSAB Vacant Seats Notification 2020 - Summary
Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has released the official notification for special rounds counselling for admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The registration process for the special rounds began on November 17, 2020. The data on vacant seats after JoSAA round 6 counselling was released on November 16, 2020. As per the vacancy list, students can compete for admission in the premier institutes. Candidates who have already registered for JoSAA must note that a fresh registration for CSAB special round is mandatory to participate in the seat allotment process.
CSAB conducts two special rounds to fill the vacant seats. The exit option is available only after the first round and the candidates who wish to exit will get a refund of the participation fee. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be released on November 20, 2020.
