7.5 Reservation Rank List 2023
A 7.5 percent reservation is provided to Government School students applied across all the categories of reservation. Additionally, the authorities also offer Special Reservation Category in TNEA 2023 to PwD candidates, eminent sports persons and children of ex-servicemen. The medical colleges in Tamil Nadu offer seats to 7400 candidates for MBBS and 2873 candidates for BDS. Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling will take place after NEET 2023.
For the 7.5 percent government quota seats, 454 students are allotted for medical MBBS seats and 104 for dental BDS seats. Health Minister Ma Subramanian inaugurated the counseling process at the Tamil Nadu Government Multi Super-Speciality Hospital. As per the Medical Council of India’s official data, 272 government MBBS colleges will offer a total of 41,388 medical seats to the candidates through NEET 2023, while 76,928 seats will be allotted through NEET in 532 government and private colleges.
