हवाई अड्डों पर प्रीमियम रिटेल वेंड की अनुमति दी जाएगी। शराब की चखने की सुविधा और पीने के सामान की बिक्री की अनुमति प्रीमियम खुदरा विक्रेताओं को दी जाएगी।
