Key Guidelines for a Safe Office Environment

Ensure that there is a mandatory hand hygiene (sanitizer dispenser) and thermal screening at the entrance of the office.
Only asymptomatic staff members and visitors will be allowed entry.
Employees residing in containment zones must inform their supervisory officers and should not attend the office until the zone is de-notified. These staff members should be allowed to work from home, which will not be counted as leave.
Drivers need to maintain social distancing and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines. Service providers, officers, and staff must ensure that drivers from containment zones are not permitted to drive vehicles.
There should be a setup for disinfecting the interiors of vehicles using a 1% sodium hypochlorite solution or spray. It’s essential to disinfect steering wheels, door handles, keys, and other surfaces.
