It included amendments to the Constitution up to the Constitution (Seventy Sixth Amendment) Act, 1994, with help from the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department of the Government of Gujarat and approval from the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, New Delhi.
