Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Police Constable, 2021
- The candidate shall be a citizen of India
- The minimum and the maximum age of recruitment for Constables shall be 18 years and 28 years respectively as on 1st January, 2021.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit in case of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Government employees shall be as laid down by the Punjab Government.
- The minimum educational qualification shall be Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized University in any of the disciplines mentioned in the notification. The educational qualifications required for different Domains/ Specialization for candidates other than Ex-Servicemen but including their Lineal Descendants

Male – 5’ 4” (5 feet 4 inches)/ 162.56 cm
Female – 5’ (5 feet)/ 152.4 cm
