Himachal Pradesh Domicile Certificate Procedure - Summary
Himachal Pradesh domicile certificate procedure PDF is a 72-page English guide from the Himachal Pradesh Revenue Department. The available copy was captured in 2021 and explains the older Citizen and Sugam login routes; it is a procedure guide, not a blank application form.
The guide lists residence proof, photo identity proof, and a letter or certificate from the village Pradhan or another local authority. For the current service steps and supporting-document list, use the Himachal e-District domicile service page. It currently lists a ₹7 government fee, ₹10 processing fee, and a ₹10 LMK/SUGAM charge if applicable.
The current service page directs applicants to submit the online application, pay any applicable fee, and save the confirmation receipt. The 2021 guide’s screenshots and menu directions may no longer match the live portal.
