Criteria for Selection of Franchise Outlets:

1. An applicant for the franchise would need to submit an application in a prescribed proforma.
2. The selected franchise will sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department.
3. Age: Above 18 years. No upper age limit.
4. Educational qualifications: Sthclass pass from a recognized school.
