PM SVANidhi Scheme Guidelines
PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) is a unique micro-credit facility introduced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs to support street vendors. The scheme aims to provide affordable loans to street vendors, helping them become self-reliant and financially empowered.
Through PM SVANidhi, street vendors can avail collateral-free working capital loans of up to Rs 10,000 for a period of one year. This financial support enables street vendors to sustain and expand their businesses, contributing to their socio-economic upliftment.

Objectives of PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi scheme
The scheme is a Central Sector Scheme i.e. fully funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs with the following objectives:
(i) To facilitate working capital loans up to Rs. 10,000;
(ii) To incentivize regular repayment
(iii) To reward digital transactions
