OSSTET Compulsory Syllabus for Odia & English Language
Board of Secondary Education, Odisha releases the syllabus of the OSSTET exam at the official website. The syllabus is released for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) 2020 exam. To appear in the OSSTET, candidates must know how to read and write Odia language. There are two categories in OSSTET. Category I is for Education Teachers and category 2 is for Physical Education Teacher.
The Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET ) shall be conducted for the following categories of teachers. They are required to appear the test as indicated below:
Category – I (Paper-I)
- T.G science (PCM/ CBZ)
- T.G Arts
- Hindi Teacher
- Classical Teacher (Sanskrit)
- Urdu Teacher
- Telugu Teacher
(The candidates under this category shall appear the test in paper -1)
Category – II (Paper-II)
- PET
(The candidates under this category shall appear the test in Paper-II)
OSSTET is applicable to all candidates who possess requisite academic and training qualifications with requisite percentage of marks and to all candidates pursuing the final year of the teacher training courses before the date of publication of advertisement for conducting OSSTET.
