Office of the Pr. Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) is one of the offices of the Defence Accounts Department under the Ministry of Defence, with the office of the Controller General of Defence Accounts, New Delhi as its Head Quarters. Issue of Concordance table for pay matrix level 16 in respect of the rank of LT. GEN (HAG plus) and pay matrix level 15 in respect of the rank of LT. Gen (HAG) in respect of AMC/ADC/RVC-reg. Dated 20.01.2023.
OROP means that any two military personnel retiring at the same rank, with the same years of service, must get an equal pension. While this might appear almost obvious, there are several reasons why two military personnel who may have retired at the same rank with the same years of service, may get different pensions.

The revision of pension applicable for all pensioners and family pensioners who had been retired or discharged or invalided out from service or died in service or after retirement in the rank of Commissioned Officers, honorary commissioned officers, JCOs and ORs and Non-Combatants (Enrolled) of Army, Navy, Air Force, Defence Security Corps, Territorial Army and Ex-State Forces and are in receipt of pension or family pension as on 1st July 2014.
