MP Accommodation Control Act 1961 PDF provides for the regulation and control of letting and rent of accommodations, for expeditious trial of eviction cases on the ground of “bona fide” requirement of [certain categories of landlords], and generally to regulate and control eviction of tenants from accommodations and for other matter connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The purpose of enacting the M.P. Accommodation Control (Amendment) Act, 1983 (hereinafter-called the ‘1983 Amendment Act’) is primarily to provide for the expeditious trial of eviction cases on the ground of bona fide requirement of the landlord and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

MP Accommodation Control Act 1961 – Not to Apply Certain Accommodation

• The accommodation which is the property of the Government;
• The accommodation is the property of a local authority used exclusively for non-residential purposes.
