Kerala Vayomadhuram Glucometer Scheme 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
Only those applicants who fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned below will become eligible for Kerala Vayomadhuram Glucometer Scheme for diabetic senior citizens of BPL families:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Kerala state.
- He / she must be a senior citizen i.e elderly person must be above 60 years of age.
- Applicant must be suffering from diabetes and for this purpose, certificate from an authorized doctor is required.
- If there are a large number of applicants, priority will be given to older persons.
- The applicants must belong to the below poverty line (BPL) category.

- The applicant has to submit copy of Aadhar card as age proof.
