JNU Prospectus 2021-22

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released the e-Prospectus for the academic session 2021-22  from its official website http://jnu.ac.in/.

JNU university will conduct an entrance exam as JNUEE also known as the JNU Admission exam. It is a University level entrance exam that is organized to offer admission in the various fields of law, engineering, science, humanities, etc.

Candidates seeking admission into biotechnology programs will have to give JNU CEEB examination and admission into UG & PG programmes will be on the basis of the entrance exam.

JNU Admission Eligibility Criteria

General 12th Pass
B.A (Hons.) 1styear 12th Pass 45%
For B.A (Hons.) 2ndyear 1styear of bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognized board or university. 45%
For MCA programme: Candidates must qualify 12th or bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/ BCA) from a recognized board or university.                       (Candidates must have Mathematics as their mandatory subject to be eligible.)  minimum 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
For MA programme: Candidates must qualify Bachelor’s degree in any stream under the pattern of 10+2+3. atleast 55% marks in the qualifying exam
For M.Tech (Statistical Computing): Candidates must have master’s degree or engineering (in any branch) OR MCA from any recognized board or university. (Candidates must qualify master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, operational research or in any other science branch.) at least 55% marks in the qualifying exam.
