This scheme, aims to provide financial assistance to women in the state who are the head of their households, was launched by the state Congress president, D.K. Shivakumar, on March 18, 2022. The Gruha Lakshmi Yojana is an initiative that seeks to address the financial insecurity faced by many women who are the primary breadwinners in their families. Under the scheme, eligible women will receive a cash incentive of Rs. 2,000 per month for a period of one year.

ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರ ಪರಿಚಯ: ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೇ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

How to Apply Online for Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Karnataka

Step 1: Visit the official website of the scheme ( https://gruhalakshmi.karnataka.gov.in/ ) or go to the nearest Karnataka One Centre.

Step 2: Download the application form available on the website or get it from the Karnataka One Centre.

Step 3: Enter the required details in the application form, give personal details, bank details, and other relevant information.

Step 4: Attach the required documents like identity proof, address proof and bank passbook copy with the application form.

Step 5: Submit the application form along with the necessary documents to the Karnataka One Center or to the office of the Deputy Director of Women and Child Development in each district.

Step 6: Officials will verify the application and the documents submitted by the applicant.

Step 7: After the verification process is completed, the amount related to the cash gift amount will be simply credited to the bank account of the beneficiary.
